Demigod is an upcoming video game currently under development by Gas Powered Games, the creators of Supreme Commander and Dungeon Siege. The gameplay consists of elements borrowed from both of those genres and is described as an action/RPG/RTS hybrid partly inspired by the Warcraft III custom map Defense of the Ancients. The game gives the player the ability to choose certain heroes that rely on either their own power as a single unit or the power of creating multiple units.

NBA Live 09 - Trailer (Champion)
NBA Live 09 (also known as Live 09 and NBA Live 2009) is the as yet unreleased fifteenth instalment in the NBA Live series, currently scheduled to be in North American stores October 7th, 2008. It will be the first game since NBA Live 2002 not to be released for the PC platform but will be available for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Playstation 2, Playstation Portable and Nintendo Wii. One June 25th, Tony Parker was announced as the cover player for the North American cover. Pau Gasol will appear on the Spanish cover, Andrea Bargnani will appear on the Italian cover and for the first time the United Kingdom will get a regional cover featuring Luol Deng.

Geon is a multiplayer-oriented action arcade video game developed by independent software developer Strawdog Studios. The initial version of the game was originally released as "Geon: Emotions" on Xbox 360's XBLA service in September 2007.
The title has since been updated and improved, and is due for release on the PlayStation3's PSN service, Nintendo Wii, and PC Steam sometime in 2008/2009.
SimAnimals - Trailer
The game has the player in the same The Sims role as a disembodied hand in which the player manipulates over 60 types of animals, and creates their habitat around them. The animals evolve personalities depending on how the user treats (or mistreats) them.
The player can use the animals to solve challenges and achieve goals by discovering secrets, unlocking forest areas and uncovering one-of-a-kind objects and wild animals, some with special abilities, by having the animals successfully complete tasks.

The gameplay of Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2 is very similar to previous entries in the series. The player controls a small ship that can move in any direction while independently firing in any other direction. The objective of the game is to score points by destroying swarms of enemies. Retro Evolved 2 provides six game modes, each representing a different challenge and unlocked one at a time, and multiplayer support for up to four players simultaneously on the same console. The game also introduces an unlimited score multiplier, which increases as the player picks up small objects called "geoms" (which are dropped by enemies as they are destroyed); geoms are also dropped when bombs are used, though the player scores no points for the enemies themselves. The multiplier remains in effect throughout the game, where in previous games it would reset to 1 when the player lost a life.

Midnight Club: Los Angeles is the fifth video game in the Midnight Club racing series. It was officially announced for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on May 16, 2007 by Rockstar Games. The game is being developed by Rockstar San Diego, the same studio behind Rockstar's first iteration into the seventh generation of video games, Rockstar Games Presents Table Tennis. The map of Los Angeles is confirmed to be the size of all three cities from the previous installment combined. It has also been mentioned in several sources that each car will have a polygon count of roughly 100,000.

In the initial press release it was described as a stand alone game based in the X³ universe. It is scheduled for release in September of 2008. It complements the known story of previous games with the history of the solar system in the years after Kyle William Brennan's jump into the X-Universe and the events after the end of X³. Players will be able to "fuse" two character's powers together to give one character hybrid abilities. In one example Invisible Woman creates a telekinetic field and Iron Man overloads it with energy, effectively creating a bomb. Dialogue has been stated to change how missions are carried out as players have the option of choosing aggressive, defensive, and diplomatic dialog choices. During the Game Informer interview one of the lead developers mentioned changes in the camera controls. The camera will be more fluid, and during one mission, the camera pans out to view the entire city street; "The amount of destruction and violence going on down (in the city) is so intense that dudes are ragdolling up in the air" said Dan Wallace of Vicarious Visions.

The game will include round types that are new to the Buzz series and the game's multi-player option will operate in three different modes: multiple consoles and multiple copies of the game, multiple consoles and one copy of the game or Pass Around mode for use with one console and one copy of the game. Bleach: Dark Souls, known in Japan as Bleach DS 2nd Kokui Hirameku Requiem (Bleach DS 2nd Kokui Hirameku Requiem? lit. "Bleach DS 2nd: The Black-clothed Flickering Requiem") is the second Bleach game for the Nintendo DS. The game introduces new characters, adds new moves for the older characters as well as introduces new game modes. Bleach: Dark Souls also includes Hollows of varying sizes, for players to fight. The number of Reifu cards in-game are also increased from the original, and more cards (4 cards, instead of the previous game's 2) will be displayed on the touch screen during battle. The Wi-fi battle mode has been improved to make it easier to play online.[1][2] The game's theme song is Resistance by High and Mighty Color. Madden NFL 09 - Gameplay
Madden NFL 09 is the 2009 edition of the American football video game series published by EA Sports and developed by EA Tiburon. It is currently in production. It will be the 20th installment in the Madden NFL video game franchise. The game was confirmed for the Nintendo DS, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable, Wii, Xbox, and Xbox 360 consoles. Prince of Persia - Trailer
The adventure begins with a new Prince of Persia, a wanderer, a vagabond, so to speak, who is returning home from an adventure on a donkey laden with treasure, which he earned on his previous venture. When the sandstorm subsides, he finds himself in a mythical garden of beauty, dominated at its center by a massive Tree of Life. The Prince and a girl, Elika, find each other, and, in the same predicament, decide to help each other. Together, they venture to the center of this grand oasis. When they arrive at the center, they witness the destruction of the tree, and the freedom of Ahriman, the ancient god of darkness. After being set free, Ahriman starts corrupting the lands with darkness and evil. The Prince, with the aid of Elika and her new found powers, take up arms against Ahriman's corruption, in an attempt to drive it back and cleanse the world.

Sonic Unleashed, also known as Sonic World Adventure in Japan, is an upcoming video game in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. The name was trademarked by Sega on March 12, 2008. Screenshots of cut scenes, artwork, and a video were leaked ten days later; the title was then officially confirmed by Sega on April 3, 2008 with a small selection of screenshots and an updated video.
The gameplay style is markedly different when compared to recent games. It will focus on 2D side-scrolling platform gameplay, rendered with 3D visuals, as well as behind-the-back, third-person stages. Gameplay will seamlessly transition between these two styles.

Batman - The Dark Knight (Movie Trailer HD)
The Dark Knight is a 2008 American superhero film co-written and directed by Christopher Nolan. Based on the DC Comics character Batman, the film is a sequel to Batman Begins (2005), which rebooted the Batman film series after an eight-year hiatus. Christian Bale reprises the lead role. Batman's primary conflicts in the film include his fight against the Joker (Heath Ledger) and his strained friendship with district attorney Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart).
For his conception of the film, Nolan was inspired by the Joker's first two appearances in the comics and Batman: The Long Halloween. The Dark Knight was filmed primarily in Chicago (as was Batman Begins), as well as in several other locations in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. The director used an IMAX camera to film six major action sequences, including the Joker's first appearance in the film. The Batsuit was redesigned, with a cowl allowing Bale to move his head. The film also introduces a recreation of the Batcycle, known as the Batpod.
Warner Bros. created an aggressive viral marketing campaign for The Dark Knight, developing promotional websites and trailers highlighting screenshots of Heath Ledger as the Joker. After Ledger's death in January 2008, however, the studio refocused its promotional campaign.[3][4] The film will be released on July 16, 2008 in Australia, on July 18, 2008 in North America, and on July 24, 2008 in the United Kingdom.

Resistance 2 - Trailer
Resistance 2 is an upcoming science fiction first person shooter video game for the PlayStation 3. It is currently in development by Insomniac Games, and will continue to be published by Sony Computer Entertainment America. The game is scheduled for a European release in November 2008 and will release in Fall 2008 in North America. The game is a sequel to the 2006 PlayStation 3 launch title Resistance: Fall of Man. The first teaser trailer had its debut during the April 11, 2008 edition of GameTrailers TV, which also told of a trailer featuring gameplay to arrive on June 13, 2008 only on GameTrailers. Despite the claims of the marketing boss of SCE, Scott Steinberg, Insomniac has not confirmed that the game will be put onto a 50GB Blu-ray DL.

Tomb Raider: Underworld- Gameplay
Tomb Raider: Underworld, also known as Tomb Raider 8, is the eighth game in the Tomb Raider series and the third game in the series to be developed by Crystal Dynamics. It will resume the adventure from where Tomb Raider: Legend left off and address elements of the plot left unexplained in Legend and Tomb Raider: Anniversary, which are Crystal Dynamics' previous games in the series.
